Marketing Director (also Development Director, New
Talent Manager)
Led the marketing team for Boston's renowned yoga school,
working alongside owner to create industry leading strategy for
brand growth, sales retention with a top-down strategy, set and
oversaw KPIs, and tracked analytics across all marketing channels.
Developed and managed ad strategy from the ground up including
planning, budgeting, creative, copy, and reporting. Ran and grew
organic social media across all channels. Planned, penned, built,
and tracked success on weekly email newsletters to 60k students.
Owned all public relations and facilitated large studio events,
including an annual yoga festival and 200-hour teacher training.
Birthed, built, and edited company blog, Down Under Voices. Lead
creation of subsidiary app suite and SVOD platform, Down Under
Anytime - which grew 500% in six months. Supported Art Director in
brand creative, website development and design, and look &
feel. Led recruiting, hiring, and training for over 15 teachers and
employees.

Came on as first national employee of this new magazine family
which published magazines for seven regions across the U.S..
Designed national and regional logos, mastheads, covers, look and
feel, spreads, press kits, and all collateral. Temporarily filled
in as editor-in-chief for Colorado Yoga + Life. Contributed
articles regularly, edited, and cover modeled for the premiere
issue of Colorado's issue. Assisted in managing social media
campaigns. Contract ended in 2017, but continues to work with New
York Yoga + Life on a freelance basis through 2021.
Creative Director
Worked directly with Editor-in-Chief and small staff to design
this national, award-winning yoga, art, and music magazine.
Designed covers, laid out content, selected photography, and
created templates for approximately 150 pages per issue. Defined
look & feel of each issue and all collateral. Oversaw print
production on press. Wrote multiple features. Managed photography
collection.

Extensive/intensive global sports games marketing and advertising.
Worked on a team developing Bid Books for Olympic host city
candidate & winner Sochi, Russia. Managed client BHP Billiton;
created advertising, collateral and Olympic Look & Feel for
their Beijing 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games Sponsorship.
Developed logos, ad campaigns, collateral, brand identities and
rapports with additional clients such as: PGA Tour, Chicago 2016
